This service doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered a grandmother's ring and never received it. After 2.5 months, they suddenly reported that the package was refused upon delivery. No one refused the delivery. This feels like a scam. I tried to follow up to request the package be returned to me and was told they destroy returned merchandise. Avoid this service.
