This service is a total scam. I placed my order on December 12th for expedited delivery, but I haven't received anything. They do not respond to emails and refuse to refund my money. Their customer service is rude and keeps giving me the runaround. The tracking number they provided is fake. Avoid ordering anything from this service; they are complete con artists.

I placed an order on September 14th for over $100 and still haven't heard anything or received my order. I have the order number, but I can't get anyone to answer my email. I'm starting to think this is a scam. Email is the only way to contact them, and I would prefer a phone number.
I placed an order expecting it would arrive in 18 business days for my granddaughter's senior day. It hasn’t arrived, and they are unwilling to discuss the situation. All they say is the package is in transit and they will urge urgency, but that's it. My refund request is being ignored, along with any questions I ask. I doubt I will receive it. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Please do not order from this service. I am reporting to the BBB. If the package is ever received, I will come back and say I was wrong, but I doubt it at this point.
This piece looked so wonderful in the ad I saw. My daughter's birthday is coming up. Unfortunately, it arrived and is minuscule, even smaller than in the video. I know she'll love the words, but would never wear something so tiny around her neck. It's really disappointing.
