I placed an order expecting it would arrive in 18 business days for my granddaughter's senior day. It hasn’t arrived, and they are unwilling to discuss the situation. All they say is the package is in transit and they will urge urgency, but that's it. My refund request is being ignored, along with any questions I ask. I doubt I will receive it. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Please do not order from this service. I am reporting to the BBB. If the package is ever received, I will come back and say I was wrong, but I doubt it at this point.
