I am incredibly frustrated with this service. I ordered a grandmother's ring, and it never arrived. After 2.5 months, they suddenly claimed the package was refused upon delivery, which is untrue. This feels like a scam. When I tried to follow up about having the package returned, I was informed they destroy returned merchandise. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service.
