If you want timely delivery, avoid this seller. Despite their 'Black Friday' sale, their support and delivery processes are lacking. I placed an order four days ago, expecting it to ship within two days as stated on their website, but they haven't dispatched it. They frequently ignore support tickets, and when I do receive a response, they just direct me to check the order status online. The promised delivery date was November 27th, and now it's nearly December 5th with no updates.
The delivery dates listed on the website were inaccurate, causing my order to be delayed multiple times. I didn't receive a clear update, so I reached out to them directly. After contacting them, they managed to locate a printer and arrange shipment.
After reading negative reviews, I decided to risk around 350 euros for a printer. It arrived on the promised date from Austria to Bulgaria. The packaging was secure, and the printer works excellently. I successfully printed the sample boat with the included filament. A tip for new buyers: consider purchasing at least one extra filament. Overall, I had no issues; I haven't interacted with customer support, so I can't comment on that.
We ordered 3D printer resin, only to find it expired in a month upon arrival. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed the resin was fine even after expiration and could just require longer exposure time. I find this response unacceptable and disrespectful.
The prices were reasonable, but when I reported an issue with my product on October 19, the support response was slower than expected. Email replies took over 24 hours, and the case remains unresolved. As of November 7, the replacement part hasn't been shipped, nor have I received a tracking number. I clearly described the issue in my initial message and even linked the correct spare part listed as in stock. They appeared to assume they needed to wait for the part from a supplier, even though it was available in their inventory. This misunderstanding has unnecessarily prolonged the process. The support staff were polite and professional, but the speed and attention to detail during issues need significant improvement.
