The prices were reasonable, but when I reported an issue with my product on October 19, the support response was slower than expected. Email replies took over 24 hours, and the case remains unresolved. As of November 7, the replacement part hasn't been shipped, nor have I received a tracking number. I clearly described the issue in my initial message and even linked the correct spare part listed as in stock. They appeared to assume they needed to wait for the part from a supplier, even though it was available in their inventory. This misunderstanding has unnecessarily prolonged the process. The support staff were polite and professional, but the speed and attention to detail during issues need significant improvement.
