Good communication and determination in resolving issues.We purchased a printer from them which had a manufacturing fault with the motherboard, basically rendering it unusable because it was unable to read an SD card. Because I was not in my role at the time we received the printer, this problem wasn't addressed by anyone in our company for several months, and I was unsure whether we were covered by any warranty. When I was made aware of the issue and came to diagnose it, customer care agent Ross was amazing in going into thorough detail about how to diagnose the problem. Once we figured out it was a card reading issue, he chased the supplier of the printer until they agreed to send us a replacement part. I'd say negative reviews of the company are unfair, as my experience and interactions with them have only been positive. Yes the product had a fault but things go wrong with 3D printers, especially the cheaper models, I work with them everyday. You need to have patience and be willing to find a fix. Ross was clearly very knowledgeable about printers and how to address the issues, and was tenacious in getting an outcome that we would be satisfied with.
