Ordered a custom pantone filament colour online to do a print for my customer. Had the UPS tracking sent on email and a delivery time and date but nothings turned up. Sent 4 emails with no reply, called up and left a voicemail and no callback happened. Its 7 days with nothing and still no filament delivery. Very poor experience, dont waste your time with this companyNow have gone to my credit card company for a chargeback!
