Ordered a custom pantone filament colour online to do a print for my customer. Had the UPS tracking sent on email and a delivery time and date but nothings turned up.
Sent 4 emails with no reply, called up and left a voicemail and no callback happened. Its 7 days with nothing and still no filament delivery.
Very poor experience, dont waste your time with this company
Now have gone to my credit card company for a chargeback!

Needed a part for my second hand, fairly old, 3d resin printer and 3D print monkey were the only people that had it. Not even the manufacturer had it in stock. Ordered on Sunday afternoon and the part arrived Tuesday. Really couldn't ask for a better service. I will definitely look here first the next time I need anything.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! FAULTY GOODS RECEIVED, NO APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AS THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OR CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! TOLD ME THEY WOULD REPAIR AND SEND BACK OR ITS A STORE CREDIT IF I DID NOT ACCEPT!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! EMAILS NO LONGER BEING ANSWERED SO DISPUTE RAISED WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK! DONT BOTHER REPLYING AS YOU KNOW FULL WELL THAT YOU ARE IN THE WRONG!!!
Awful Company. I think they operate from China and pretend to be in the UK. Resin advertised with 2 days delivery. 4 days , resin is not even posted and no email is replied. Obviously no phone number or address on their website. Absoute crooks!!! Avoid them.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Initially I asked about resin types, so was then asked what I was making, and was then treated to a superb tutorial helping me overcome the problems I was coming across. Really helpful and great prices too! Highly recommended!
If the previous reviews are genuine then something has gone very wrong for this company since they were posted.Ordered a printer online. Order confirmed with shipping confirmation to follow. Contacted them by phone after hearing nothing more for 4 weeks - offered plausible explanation that the model ordered was discontinued and they were sourcing the replacement from the manufacturer.Two more weeks and no follow up, and now no response to emails, voicemails, and no-one answering the phone.
