Bad customer service would be a step up for 3FIT Theory. Do not expect them to provide customer service if there's anything you don't like about your t-shirts once you receive them. I place a sizeable order and upgraded to the one year premium shipping. There was one t-shirt i didn't like and wanted to exchange it for another color. Here's the response from their customer support team who is one person: "Hey, is it really that big of a deal? It's one shirt at $16.50. You can post it back to us to switch it out... but with postage, you'd end up losing money over a minor shade difference." For the couple of bucks it would have cost them to stand by their brand they lost a customer for life which they could care less about. Customer service at its best...
