I cannot emphasize enough how unreliable this service is. I called them for a bad smell in my downstairs toilet. After paying £150 + VAT for a camera inspection, I was told extensive scaling was needed at a cost of £1200 + VAT! I decided to think it over and called a local plumber who found that the smell was due to a damaged sink trap, costing me only £98 to fix. I was shocked by the dishonesty and when I asked for them to correctly replace my manhole cover, the technician suggested more jetting. Avoid at all costs!
