Here's were it gets frustrating if you have a couple of hours to get ahold of someone that can help and hopefully speaks english you can understand, My experience is I call then painfully go through the ai robot prompts then the run around starts I get to have 3m pass me around like a cheap stripper from one dept. to another than another this went on for 1.7 hours until I gave up!3m used to be great in the 70s and 80s the 90s to current date is a dark period for 3m they sold out the customer for 1000x profits for themselves and moreover their shareholders... We the customer get the short end of the stick!My company will now boycott 3m I just emailed my PO dept. and said meeting tomorrow 9 am. I will demand my PO officer STOP purchasing from this horrid company that used to be #1 sadly they rested on their laurels and their CS had dropped to - 10...
