Trash products. I bought the ear protection the orange ones and they just don't go inside the ear as they should, leaving a gap that allows for a lot of noise to come through. I tried buying a second package and it still did the same. No quality control whatsoever. Years ago it was better, now it's trash products.
I wouldn't even rate this a one if there was an option for zero. The product failed to function, and I was told it could be used on brick, even though that wasn't indicated on the packaging. The support team merely shifted the blame back to me. I would never recommend or buy from them again.

A subpar company, despite having used a couple of different products from them. Both items failed to perform, and when I reached out to the corporation, they showed no willingness to assist. It seems they have really declined over the years. I cannot recommend them.
I purchased 20 sandpaper belts, and every single one came apart at the glue seam within minutes of use. I contacted customer service and spoke with a product specialist, but they refused to support their product and instead blamed the store for selling outdated items. Avoid this brand! Terrible products and service!
I reached out for advice on their products with a simple question about suitable face masks for chemicals. Their response was just about quantity and my address, without addressing my actual question. They didn’t even sign their names, so I have no idea who responded. Very poor service!
I've experienced significant issues with the tape, which seems to be made in Mexico or China. It curls up against my hand every time I try to tear off a piece for masking. The quality has noticeably declined, as the tape is much thinner now. Very disappointing!
They sold and exported over 10 million N95 masks to China in early 2019 before anyone was aware of COVID, and said nothing about it. All investors and company insiders should face consequences, and the leadership should be held accountable. This will not be forgotten.
I bought these to avoid damaging the walls in my rental. A year later, when I tried to remove one, it took off paint and part of the wall! After reading other reviews, I’m sure the rest will do the same. If I wanted something permanent, I would have bought cheaper options. I will never purchase these again!
This is the worst company I have worked for, specifically the branch in Ireland. I cannot recommend it to anyone, especially for certain departments. They treat employees like numbers, showing no respect, and only care about targets. The entire management team needs to be replaced.
