This service took £233 for commission and then directed me to another supplier. I'm still waiting for my refund. When I contacted the support team, they essentially shrugged it off, saying their role is just to find suppliers. You would expect them to ensure customer satisfaction, but it feels like once they got their commission, they lost interest. I feel taken advantage of and quite unfairly treated.
