My experience with the service has been quite negative. They charged me £233 in commission and then directed me to another supplier. I'm still waiting for my refund. When I contacted the support team, they seemed indifferent and claimed their role was merely to find suppliers. It’s disappointing that they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction; it feels like they only care about their commission. I genuinely feel taken advantage of and treated unfairly.

They provided two excellent options: a fast return service for our unit within days to avoid surcharges, or an immediate exchange with a refund once the mechanic confirmed the rebuild. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. I couldn't ask for better service!
