Leased a 2016 vehicle in 2023. I specifically asked for a reliable car that wouldn’t require constant maintenance and repairs. They gave me a car that had only undergone a preliminary safety check. I returned it so they could make it safe to drive. They did the mandatory maintenance and returned the car, but I had to take it in again due to transmission issues. After being down for repairs multiple times, I am now facing another costly repair. This vehicle has been a nightmare, and it’s down for the fourth time in two years. What a disappointing experience!
