As a newcomer to Ontario, I made it clear I was only looking for prices and not ready to buy, especially since I didn’t have my driver’s license yet. Despite this, I felt pressured into signing a contract after they checked my credit.

The car I originally signed for was later said to be “sold,” and I was pushed into another one with promises that everything was the same. I clearly stated my budget ($1000/month), but no proper explanation of insurance costs was given. I later found out insurance alone was around $700/month, making the car completely unaffordable.

Delivery was also misleading (promised in 5 days, took over 3 weeks), and payments started before I even received the car. When I asked to cancel due to delays and affordability, I was refused and threatened with repossession and credit damage.

In the end, they just dropped the car at my house without notice.

Now I’m stuck with a car I can’t afford and can barely use — exactly what I said I wanted to avoid.

Very disappointing experience. Felt more like pressure selling than genuine customer care.

Extremely Disappointed with My Purchase

If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I would. The vehicle sold to me in 2022 had problems from the very start. There were so many issues that the seller attempted to have me sign a disclosure to absolve them of any future problems. They insisted I keep it confidential, only discussing it with a lawyer or close family. I refused to sign it and will warn others: if you don't want a vehicle sitting in your driveway, unusable because you can't afford the payments and repairs that came with the unexpected issues, avoid this company! I also filed a complaint with the relevant authority, but they conveniently misplaced my report!

There were so many problems that the seller tried to make me sign a disclosure to free them from any future issues. They insisted I could only discuss it with a lawyer or immediate family. I never signed it and will warn everyone: if you don’t want a vehicle sitting in your driveway, unusable because you can’t afford the payments and repairs that came with the unexpected issues, stay away from this company! I also filed a complaint with the relevant authority, but they conveniently lost my report!

This experience has been utterly absurd

This experience has been utterly absurd. I do not, nor will I ever, buy vehicles from this company. I only have my truck serviced here, and unfortunately, the new technicians they have are not competent. After having to replace my front tires due to multiple poor alignments, I found out they cannot align the '25 trucks because of a hardware/software issue. I have been dealing with constant unsolicited calls and messages. I have reached out to the head office multiple times, but I am completely ignored. The company seems indifferent to the harassment they inflict. I finally had to file a complaint with the relevant agency, hoping it will put an end to it. The next step may involve legal action... who knows. Terrible company to deal with.

I checked their website and never gave consent for anything, yet my credit score suddenly dropped. I am bombarded with calls and messages every day. Avoid this website and the dealership.

Leased a 2016 vehicle in 2023

Leased a 2016 vehicle in 2023. I specifically asked for a reliable car that wouldn’t require constant maintenance and repairs. They gave me a car that had only undergone a preliminary safety check. I returned it so they could make it safe to drive. They did the mandatory maintenance and returned the car, but I had to take it in again due to transmission issues. After being down for repairs multiple times, I am now facing another costly repair. This vehicle has been a nightmare, and it’s down for the fourth time in two years. What a disappointing experience!

Stay as far away as possible

There’s a reason their Google reviews seem overly positive; this company flags any negative reviews. I used a pseudonym to avoid harassment. They ran my credit without permission and made offers without ever seeing me at the dealership. I had to investigate a vehicle’s history myself, only to discover it had a lien. Their practices are shady, and I urge others to avoid dealerships like this.

Recently purchased a new vehicle from a dealership. The process was seamless, and the staff, both in sales and service, were outstanding. I highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. Kudos to the manager for being an excellent representative of the team.
