I placed an online order on December 31st, indicating it needed to arrive by 3:30 PM on January 2nd. The delivery window was from 4 to 9 PM. I called several times between 5 and 7:45 PM, but it didn't arrive until 8:45 PM. I had chosen a premium orchid based on its color in the image, but they replaced it with a white orchid, which I considered to be of inferior quality and not what I wanted. This was for a special relative, and I was deeply let down. I told them I would not use their service again or recommend it to anyone.
