Firstly, was sent old rotting roses for valentines day. Spent $200+USD!!! I COULD HAVE BOUT BETTER AT WALMART.

Not only did they send me shit flowers. They charged me in USD. Customer service was terrible. Outright ignored multiple emails after replying once.

I promise take your money somewhere else. Or go to your local park and you could find and pick better quality flowers.

I’m terribly disappointed.

I’ve been using 416 flowers for years to order flowers to my girlfriend in Canada. More recently i ordered some flowers (i live in the UK). My total price was 53CAD. Instead of debiting that amount, i was debited 53USD. According to customer service, the price changes to USD if i’m using a card from outside Canada. So i ended up paying considerably more. This has never happened and i’m really disappointed at this type of service. I will never be using this company again.

Delivery was late and disappointing

I placed an online order on December 31st, specifying it needed to arrive by 3:30 PM on January 2nd. The delivery window was from 4 to 9 PM. I called multiple times between 5 and 7:45 PM, but it didn't arrive until 8:45 PM. I chose a premium orchid based on its color in the image, but they replaced it with a white orchid, which I found to be of poor quality and not what I wanted. This was meant for a special relative, and I was extremely disappointed. I informed them that I would not use their service again or recommend it to others.

Ordered over $300 and faced issues

While in Mexico as a Canadian, I placed an order exceeding $300. Shortly after realizing there were issues with it (within 5 minutes), I requested to cancel and get a refund. They quickly agreed to cancel the order, but then they refused to refund my payment method, holding my funds as store credit instead, despite my clear requests. Thankfully, I can resort to bank chargebacks. I would recommend avoiding this vendor and addressing their unfair practices with your bank.

Received a call at midnight

I was called from +1 (647) 846-2919 at midnight on a Friday night (6 PM Toronto time) and woke up. I haven’t placed an order since last year, so there was no reason for them to contact me. I'm extremely angry as it disrupted my sleep. Update: since posting this review, I've been getting several long-distance calls from 416 numbers. This feels like harassment, and I will be pursuing legal action soon.

Two flower arrangements for a special birthday

I ordered two flower arrangements on Saturday for my mother’s 90th birthday today. I was a bit worried because they hadn't been delivered by 3 PM, so I checked reviews, which were quite negative. However, I was pleasantly surprised when my mother FaceTimed me at 4 PM. The flowers were stunning and exceeded my expectations. She was in tears because they were so beautiful. Being in Australia, I was unsure if the flowers would match the pictures, but they were absolutely gorgeous. My mother even remarked on how large the roses were. I'm a very satisfied customer. The only feedback I have is that the website could be more user-friendly.
