While in Mexico as a Canadian, I placed an order exceeding $300. Shortly after realizing there were issues with it (within 5 minutes), I requested to cancel and get a refund. They quickly agreed to cancel the order, but then they refused to refund my payment method, holding my funds as store credit instead, despite my clear requests. Thankfully, I can resort to bank chargebacks. I would recommend avoiding this vendor and addressing their unfair practices with your bank.
