I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day for my mother and grandmother a week before. When I checked out with the address there was no indication that they do not deliver there. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday which they weren’t. I called on Saturday and the lady I spoke with was going to call the delivery company and call me back. I did not receive a response and called back.I was advised that they are unable to deliver the flowers to the address provided and that they would provide me a refund. They told me that an email was sent outlining this but there was no email.This company is an absolute joke, they didn’t even notify me that they could not do the delivery, and now my chance of ordering flowers for when they were needed (today) has gone out the window.Thank you 416 flowers for ruining Mother’s Day with whatever business you are running. I am still waiting for my refund as I am writing this.FYI: they use local flower shops on their behalf, so it is random in whether customer service is consistent. Do not say you deliver to one place if that is not the case!
