I have been a loyal customer for years, so I was taken aback by the poor service I received recently. I initiated a return via USPS and dropped it at my local UPS, expecting them to pick it up. The package was lost—either USPS didn’t pick it up or misplaced it. I reached out to the seller with tracking information, hoping for assistance. Instead, the representative sent sarcastic and dismissive emails, refusing to help with an issue caused by shipping error—something beyond our control. No phone support, no live chat, just unhelpful email exchanges with someone who clearly didn’t care. For a business of this size, such inadequate customer service is unacceptable. They have lost my trust and future business.
