I ordered a college baseball cap. It arrived in blue velvet. It did not say on the site when I ordered that the Duke baseball hat was velvet blue. It is so ugly!! I have ordered many times from this site. I won't in the future. I need to pay for the return, which is $7 dollars.
I have been a loyal customer for years, so I was taken aback by the poor service I received recently. I initiated a return via USPS and dropped it at my local UPS, expecting them to pick it up. The package was lost—either USPS didn’t pick it up or misplaced it. I reached out to the seller with tracking information, hoping for assistance. Instead, the representative sent sarcastic and dismissive emails, refusing to help with an issue caused by shipping error—something beyond our control. No phone support, no live chat, just unhelpful email exchanges with someone who clearly didn’t care. For a business of this size, such inadequate customer service is unacceptable. They have lost my trust and future business.
I ordered a hat for a gift on November 30th. The website advertised free shipping and a three-day processing time. Now it’s December 9th, and I still haven’t received the hat. I inquired via email on December 6th and was told I would get a response within 48 business hours, but I have heard nothing. The customer service is the worst, with no communication. I can’t even cancel the order. Even returns incur a $7 restocking fee for a simple cap. Do not purchase from this seller! I will never shop here again!
Awful customer service. I have emailed them three times regarding an order placed at the beginning of December that still shows as being processed. The service and shipping have been terrible. I will not be ordering from them again. I hope the recipient of my gift isn’t disappointed by the delay.
It has taken far too long to ship a simple cap. Over a week has passed, and they are still preparing my order. I will never buy from this seller again. I received a refund through another platform and ordered the same cap elsewhere, which shipped the same day.
Shipping delays from this retailer are unacceptable. Do not trust their claims of upgraded shipping. I've been waiting for my delivery for nearly two weeks. I checked with the carrier, and there’s nothing upgraded about the economy shipping; it’s just late.
