I accidently ordered the wrong thing. I emailed them within a minute of making the order. They responded they could not change the order but they could cancel it and I could order it again, I agreed ans asked them to cancel it and I re-ordered....They didn't cancel the original order or respond to any of my pleas to stop the order (I was getting frequent updates, such as your order is about to ship, it's shipped, etc).When the original item came there was no invoice / receipt or anything in the box indicating who to contact or how to return. Just a box with a hat.Their customer service is AWFUL. I am going to have to deny the charge on my credit card. What a hassle.
