No notice of shut off claim that I should know because I know when the due date is, however Texas Law states I’m supposed to get a notice and they claim to send it to my email which I never got even though I get other emails from them and on their app there was also no notice on there either. They just shut off my electricity with a newborn with no warning and they don’t want to acknowledge that. Also, Texas law states that in the winter months there should offer payment arrangement or something to help. I have received zero communication.

Built on decades of industry experience, innovation and inspiration, 4Change Energy is a company founded on the idea that electricity should be affordable and contribute to where you live.
With headquarters in Texas, we're regulated and certified by the Public Utility Commission (PUC). There's no change to the company who's been delivering your power and responding to outages for as long as you've had electricity, so the service stays the same. And since our corporate parent is a multi-billion dollar energy company, you know it's experience you can trust.
In creating 4Change Energy, we set out to give you more than an electric company. We wanted to create a personal connection between us and our customers. We wanted to give you a reason to stay for a long time. And we wanted to create something different. For us? That means doing something that's good for your wallet and your neighbors. It means shaving every cost possible so we can give you low prices, the service you need, and support our communities with a helping hand. You win and your neighbors win.See more
