I rated this company one star due to their misleading practices. I reached out to customer support three times as instructed by a representative, but received no reply. After posting a negative review, they responded with a comment suggesting I contact customer service for issues. If this company were genuine, the leadership would take the initiative to reach out directly to address my concerns. Clearly, they are indifferent.

This is the first time I've ever received a disconnection notice from any provider. I got a notice due to a billing error, demanding payment by a specific date. Their billing system is incredibly confusing. If anyone is considering electricity options, I strongly advise avoiding this company, as they employ many misleading tactics to attract customers and then surprise you with fees for missed payments.
They boldly advertise NO CANCELLATION FEE IF YOU MOVE. However, the fine print states this only applies if you move out of their service area. I would have avoided signing up if I had known they would impose hefty fees when I relocate!
If zero stars could be given, they would deserve it. The company operates with a bait-and-switch tactic. They promote “9¢/kWh” rates, but when you consider their misleading usage credits and mandatory delivery charges, the actual cost is nearly double. Within just 90 days, I spent $1,200 on electricity — averaging 17.7¢/kWh, which is 61% above their advertised rate. Their Electricity Facts Label appears appealing only if you hit the exact usage of 500, 1,000, or 2,000 kWh. Real households don’t consistently meet those figures, leading to the credits vanishing and bills soaring.

I wish I could rate them zero stars!!! Terrible rates, and when I found a better rate 1.5 months later, they hit me with a $220 early termination fee. They can deal with it when I pay it. AWFUL PLANS!! I switched to another provider and I'm relieved to be gone.
