This might seem like an unusual 5-star review. We have consistently received excellent products from the company. Our latest order was incorrect, but even though they couldn't reprint the items in time for our event, they truly went the extra mile to resolve the issue. Communication was excellent, and they are still sending the correct items for us to use, albeit a day late. We'll manage on our end just fine. This review is well-earned due to their outstanding customer service, consistent communication, and effective resolution of our concerns. Mistakes can occur, but the manner in which they are addressed is what truly counts. I am genuinely impressed with how this situation was handled.
