This might seem like an unusual 5-star review. We have consistently received excellent products. Our most recent order was incorrect, but even though they couldn't reprint the items in time for our event, they truly went the extra mile to resolve the issue. Communication was excellent, and they are sending the correct products for us to use, albeit a day late. We'll manage just fine. This review is well-earned due to their outstanding customer service, consistent communication, and effective resolution of our concerns. Mistakes can happen, but the manner in which they are addressed is what truly counts. I am genuinely impressed with how this situation was handled. Thank you once again for the exceptional service!

I am compelled to share my frustration after a highly disappointing experience with a supplier. I placed an order and repeatedly followed up regarding the delivery date. Each time I requested a tracking number or estimated arrival, the company claimed they couldn't provide it, yet they assured me everything would arrive on time. I trusted them based on their promises. On the expected delivery day, my team waited for the shipment to begin our event preparations, but nothing arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was met with rudeness and an attitude suggesting I was overreacting. I was told they were about to finish for the day and would try to reach someone. This was completely unacceptable. After numerous calls and being transferred multiple times, we finally learned the truth: the products hadn't even been made. Not delayed, not lost, but not produced at all. Their solution was a simple message saying the products wouldn't arrive for another 2-3 weeks, with an offer to cancel the order, as if that would resolve anything. We had communicated from the start that we had an event the next day and needed early notifications of any issues. No one followed up or informed us. Instead, we received a cold, templated email and continued poor service. Although I had used them previously with acceptable results, this incident has disappointed my clients and left me facing their criticism. I strongly recommend that others reconsider working with this company. Reliability and basic customer service seem to be lacking. I hope this was an isolated incident and that others do not have to endure the same experience.
Ordering in bulk can be stressful, but the company's customer service and commitment to quality are impressive. Even though there were a few initial errors with our order, our wonderful Account Executive was able to resolve everything easily and at no extra cost, with fantastic communication throughout. What could have been a frustrating experience with another organization turned out to be hassle-free. We truly appreciate their proactive approach and willingness to assist. Investors, please take note: the company needs to supervise the performance of their employees. The customer service is generally terrible! After placing an order, you typically receive an automated email introducing a representative who will assist you, but don't expect any actual help, as they quickly turn on their Out of Office responses. Calling customer service is another disaster, as you encounter unhelpful staff who seem annoyed by customer inquiries. During my call, I received a curt greeting and a very unpleasant attitude when I needed assistance with my artwork. The production team kept using my previously uploaded artwork, even after I confirmed my new submission. When I asked if I could email the new artwork, the representative told me I could cancel the order if I disagreed with it. So, I did cancel the order. I found other companies online offering similar products at lower prices and with far better customer support. I truly question how this company remains in business, as it is not only difficult to complete an order, but the customer service is also lacking.
