I have used this company three times. My first order was flawless with no delays. However, my second order never arrived, and I received no response from customer service. A year later, I decided to give them another chance, only to find that my third order has been missing for over a month. Perhaps larger orders are prioritized, as my last two were quite small (I tend to start with smaller orders to test the service). Overall, this company has been a frustrating experience and seems untrustworthy.
