Investors, please take note: the company needs to supervise the performance of their employees. The customer service is generally terrible! After placing an order, you typically receive an automated email introducing a representative who will assist you, but don't expect any actual help, as they quickly turn on their Out of Office responses. Calling customer service is another disaster, as you encounter unhelpful staff who seem annoyed by customer inquiries. During my call, I received a curt greeting and a very unpleasant attitude when I needed assistance with my artwork. The production team kept using my previously uploaded artwork, even after I confirmed my new submission. When I asked if I could email the new artwork, the representative told me I could cancel the order if I disagreed with it. So, I did cancel the order. I found other companies online offering similar products at lower prices and with far better customer support. I truly question how this company remains in business, as it is not only difficult to complete an order, but the customer service is also lacking.
