Paid for a lifetime program, but now the option for high quality downloads is gone, playlist support gone. When adding my license key, it says I have to pay to get those options. I had them already. I paid for them years ago. Now gone. And you want $30 to restore them. Seems like a scam. If you can't get this figured out, I'll leave the one star rating.
