I ordered on 10-3-24. then they had a special for a solar panel for 297 with tax it should have been 317. they charged my card 531 for the solar panel. i called after an hour they hung up. i also said they had not sent me order conformations. next day i goy order conformations just not fixed ones. so i emailed back to cancel both orders. NO response. i gave them a couple days. no response. i called Another hour and hang up. chat hour no response. emailed again no response... what the heck . I wish i had seen this site first.. my card will help me now. i have pictures and dates and times. cancel my orders....10-9-24I did finally get to talk to two people. That was 6 days of trying to get a response. The second one really helped me, and explained where and what was going on. I will not order anything else advertised on Facebook.
