We’ve had our power recline movie theater seats for about 8 months and really love them. Last night one of them quit working (power was twitchy). We quickly determined it was the power adapter/cord to the chair. Called customer service (Megan) this morning and she quickly got one ordered and on the way to me.You always worry about service after buying something like this online, but it was an easy and painless call.Thanks!
