I have a Concerto and had a problem with the pull-out table that goes into the arm of the couch. It was wobbly and not sitting level. Apparently the screw that holds the table mount in place had come out and had dropped in to the bottom. Manuel Gonzalez called me back the next morning and after I explained what the problem was, he offered to send me a new mount and hardware…. free of charge…. in case I couldn’t find the screw.( I had not searched for it yet as the couch is pretty heavy and was gonna do it on the weekend with my sons’s help).I give 4Seating and Manuel Gonzalez 5 out of 5 stars for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!
