We’ve had our Seatcraft Vienna theater loveseat from 4Seating for several years now and only recently ran into a small issue with one of our side trays. After submitting an online inquiry just a day or two ago, I was just contacted by a delightful young gal named Megan. She was exceptionally helpful in taking care of our issue, and in this day and age, customer service – or at least good customer service – can be very hard to come by. Megan had us hooked up in a jiffy, and I cheerfully advised Megan that we will definitely be replacing our Vienna when the time comes with another similar unit from 4Seating.
