I am very disappointed with the 3000W inverter I purchased. On first use, it malfunctioned, making a loud noise and emitting smoke. When I returned to the store, they dismissed my concerns, claiming everything was normal. After multiple visits and attempts to explain the issue, they still refused to address the fault.
