Frustrating Experience with Fridge Covers

I purchased two fridges and only received one cover, so I attempted to exchange the cover for the smaller fridge. This led to a confusing paperwork situation and additional charges for the smaller fridge. Where has the customer service gone? I won't be returning.

This shop offers great prices on 4wd and camping gear. However, I faced challenges with their warranty and after-sales support. I purchased a 40Ah DCDC charger that stopped working after a month. When I approached the support team, they took my device but later requested videos of the issues, despite initially stating they would conduct tests. I managed to send two videos, but two weeks later, they still asked for clarification on the problem. I had to purchase a replacement as I had a camping trip coming up. I recommend their products, but be cautious with electronic items.

Extremely frustrating experience

I ordered two 1300mm drawers, which arrived completely damaged. It took me 15 phone calls over three weeks to arrange a pickup. When the new drawers finally arrived, they were also damaged. Four months later, I still haven't received a refund or pickup for the old drawers. The customer service is unhelpful, consisting of a call center that seems indifferent to my situation. I was offered a small store credit instead of a full refund, despite being charged a significant amount. Be cautious with this seller.

Unsafe roof top tent experience

We purchased a roof top tent that posed safety risks for our family. Our young child nearly suffered a serious injury due to sharp brackets inside. After addressing this, we encountered significant water pooling in the annex after light rain, leaving the mattress soaked despite all windows being closed. We reported the incidents to the seller, but they failed to respond adequately. For families, I strongly advise against purchasing this roof top tent due to the unsafe design and poor quality.
