Terrible Experience - Avoid at All CostsI ordered four items from Storm Xccessories Ltd, and the experience has been appalling. My order arrived in multiple shipments, with two boxes initially delivered containing only part of the order. I emailed customer service to inform them I was still waiting on two items. They claimed these were shipped in additional boxes, and the rest of the delivery would follow.Two days later, I received another box, but one item (seat covers) was still missing. I reached out again, only to be told the missing item was supposedly in one of the original boxes. It wasn’t.I requested a replacement or refund, but they refused. I even asked for the CCTV footage they claimed to have of the warehouse packing my order, but now they’ve stopped responding entirely.This has been an absolute nightmare—shocking customer service and zero accountability. Avoid this company at all costs!
