I ordered roof bars for my van, but they don't fit. When I reached out to the support team, instead of addressing the problem, I was advised to incorrectly fit the brackets, which is unacceptable and poses safety risks. Additionally, two of the roof bars arrived damaged. I shared clear photographic evidence as requested, yet the company refuses to provide a refund. The bars are flimsy, of poor quality, and not suitable for use. Customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful, showing no willingness to take responsibility. I am now stuck with damaged, unusable items and no solution. At this stage, I plan to pursue this issue through consumer protection and a chargeback, as the items received are faulty, damaged, and not as described. I would strongly recommend others steer clear of this company unless they want to face similar troubles.
I ordered an alloy before the holiday season. It arrived during the holiday period but was the wrong size. The box clearly stated the wrong size, indicating a rush to ship. Finally received a response today with no apology or concern for the ongoing delay I now face to get a refund and the correct item from another supplier to get back on the road. When I mentioned the lack of an apology, the customer support advisor ignored that and simply stated how long my refund would take ‘once they get the item back’. Mistakes can happen, but at least take responsibility and provide assistance. Terrible service, DO NOT USE - they are unaware of their stock, unable to ensure the correct item is sent, and lack basic customer service skills.

I ordered a rear spoiler for my van in the frozen white option, but they sent me grey. Do they not check what they are packing, or is it just a matter of taking your money and sending whatever they like? To make matters worse, this was meant to be a Christmas present.
I ordered a set of wind deflectors for my van. The first set arrived quickly but was damaged and for a different van. I received another set, and once again, they were for a different van. I'm still waiting on the correct item and have only received generic excuses about courier delays, even though the wrong items arrived almost immediately.
I had a fantastic experience dealing with this company for the second time. I purchased a bonnet scoop and rear bumper for a 2015 model, and the quality is excellent; they fit perfectly. Highly recommend and would definitely deal with them again. Thank you!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. This company is appalling. They sent damaged items and refused to collect them or provide a refund. They need to be put out of business to prevent others from being ripped off. I'm now seeking resolution and a refund through consumer protection.
I regret not checking the reviews first. I purchased some mats and a bonnet guard, and the quality was terrible. When I called the company, they said I could return them but I would have to cover the postage. The products were just subpar.
