Decline in Engagement Since Earlier Days

I was quite engaged a few years back, and my photos received considerable traction, with some even nearing the top of the popular page. Recently, as a free user, I've noticed that my posts receive almost no engagement at all. Additionally, I've participated in daily quests on the platform, which feature limited pixels for entry. Initially, I performed well and reached pro level, but the entry cost has significantly increased from just 1 or 2 pixels to a minimum of 10, going up to 25 pixels.

Once Great, Now Disappointing

I was quite active a few years back, and my photos gained significant traction, even reaching the popular page. After returning recently as a free user, I found that my posts receive almost no engagement. I've also tried participating in daily quests on the platform, which initially allowed me to enter with a limited number of pixels. While I did well at first and reached pro level, now the entry costs have increased significantly from just 1 or 2 pixels to a minimum of 10, and even up to 25.

Hopeful Start, Quick Exit

I began using the platform with optimism, but within a week, I had quit without even trying the free trial. After uploading 20 photos, I encountered genuine users but also scammers. I've removed my photos with a decisive goodbye. The multiple negative reviews also influenced my decision.

Unauthorized Charges - Avoid at All Costs

I signed up for a free trial, but there was no straightforward way to cancel the service. After attempting to cancel, I was still charged on my debit card. When I contacted support, they were unhelpful since they already had my money. I had to go through my bank to dispute the unauthorized charges.

Frustrating Experience for Photographers

As a long-time photographer, I joined the platform expecting support for NSFW content, but my artistic nude images were automatically marked as private upon upload. Despite reaching out multiple times, it took significant pressure for the support team to act. They eventually restored my images and admitted a mistake, but it shouldn't require this much effort. New users should be cautious and document everything, as issues may arise again.

Support Email Disabled - Major Concern

Initially, they didn't respond to my email verifying my account, and now the support email is disabled. It seems I may need to involve a government agency to enforce GDPR rights for account deletion, leaving me worried about the account's future.

Major Issues with Support and Security

Licensing on the platform is poorly managed, and approved images can be misused. Support is nearly nonexistent, buried under complex menus. Performance fluctuates drastically, and interactions are often spammy, with phishing attempts prevalent. While the platform does respond to phishing reports, I'm unsure if I will renew my subscription once it expires.

My account was banned without any prior warning, and to my knowledge, I haven't violated any rules. I've contacted support three times but have received no response.
