I strongly advise against giving any money to this company! I purchased a year-long magazine subscription as a gift, something I've done for three years. This year, after the subscription was taken over, we lost access despite paying for it. After three months and providing proof of payment, I still received no subscription or refund. I've sent nearly 30 emails, many of which went unanswered, and spent hours on the phone. I was promised a refund in a week, but two weeks later, there's still no response or refund. It's a complete scam.
