I had a wonderful experience with 50 Floor yesterday! The entire team (Lucas)did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were courteous, respectful, and highly professional throughout the whole process. What stood out most was how knowledgeable they were — they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step.
Not only were they efficient and detail-oriented, but they were also genuinely friendly and kind. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly values customer service and quality workmanship. I’m extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend 50 Floor to anyone looking for excellent service and beautiful flooring.
Review for the Raleigh (NC) location. The initial communication was good but fell off quickly. After the initial measurement, the sales rep and general manager became unprofessional with their communication and stopped communicating altogether once asked for a quote that outlines all costs that they shared on their devices during the measurement. No quote was officially shared and no attempt was made to follow up with me to potentially continue the project.
We recently purchased and installed laminate flooring in our home and had an excellent experience from start to finish. We first met with Carlos, our in-home sales representative, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the different flooring options available. He even created virtual images of our space so we could see what each product would look like in our home, which made choosing the perfect color so much easier.
We weren’t planning to make a decision right away, as we intended to speak with other flooring companies, but Carlos’s helpfulness, knowledge, and guidance made us feel confident in moving forward immediately.
We scheduled our install for the next week and 50Floor sent us the BEST team. From start to finish, Danielo Oliveira and his team were professional, detail-oriented, and respectful. They removed our baseboards with great care and even took the time to remove the old nails properly and then reinstalled them cleanly and precisely, finishing it off with neat caulking. They were extremely respectful of our home- carefully moving our furniture and appliances throughout the process.
What really stood out was their attention to preparation and quality of work. The install team thoroughly checked the floors to ensure they were within level specifications, they skim-coated the entire floor and installed a moisture barrier before laying the flooring. It was clear they were committed to doing the job the right way, not just the fast way.
When the project was complete, they cleaned everything up meticulously and left our home looking fantastic- We love the look of our new floors and are grateful to 50Floor for the positive experience from start to finish.
Jolene was very helpful today. Very knowledgeable and addressed the issues both my wife and I were concerned with. Jolene worked with the both of us to pick out the materials and color coordination's best suited for what we were looking to accomplish. An excellent person to work with. 50=Floor should appreciate her dedication. At this time we have not decided to purchase carpet and flooring planks. Maybe in the future.
After having more than 50% of our flooring replaced by 50 floor, 5 years later it all has to be re-done. The ceramic tile is loose and the grout is coming out. The concrete slab was not leveled before installing the luxury vinyl flooring. The carpet was not installed correctly and is badly loose (a trip hazard) and needs to be restretched. These are not people you want to hire, no matter what the price. We will continue to leave reviews as a public service. We would rather pay someone else to fix the issues than have 50 floor fix them for free. It is our hope that no one who reads this review will do business with this company.
