Unjustified Account Closure Despite Clear ComplianceMy account (ID 25816456) was closed by The5ers despite being fully compliant with their own rules.At the time of closure, my balance was $4,822, while my starting balance was $5,047.A 5% loss equals $252.35, meaning the account should only have been closed at $4,794. This threshold was never reached.Before the closure, I contacted support via live chat to confirm the rules. The agent clearly stated (screenshots available):“The account will only be disabled if the balance/equity falls to $4,464.14 or lower by midnight.”The agent later confirmed again that the account would only be closed after a $252.36 loss, which would put the balance at $4,794 — far from my actual balance.Despite the urgency (the market was about to close), the support agent took nearly one hour to respond, leaving me without timely clarification. Shortly after, my account was closed anyway.I have provided calculations, chat transcripts, and evidence, yet the account was closed without a valid explanation. And ive already waited 2 days :( This raises serious concerns about fairness, transparency, and consistency in rule enforcement.I am still waiting for either:-the reactivation of my account,-a replacement account,-or a clear and justified explanation.Until then, I cannot recommend this firm to serious traders.
