Where do I even begin? I've faced multiple sudden deactivations, and my daily loss limit was hit while I was in a winning trade. My daily loss can reach 500, and then out of nowhere, I go into a drawdown of 150 bucks—just like that, my account gets closed. This has happened to me four times! It takes them two weeks to resolve the issue, only for it to happen again within a day. I've never received any compensation for their mistakes, and despite making daily gains, my account wouldn’t reflect it, even after earning 100 dollars in a day. After countless support tickets, they claimed that I didn't keep following up, so it was my fault. I can't believe this is happening; I have all the proof of my support tickets and their admissions of error, yet all I got back was a reactivated account that they had already compromised. I've tried everything, and I've simply given up.
Unwarranted Account Closure Despite Adherence to Guidelines My account was closed by the service despite my full compliance with their established rules. At the time of closure, my balance stood at $4,822, down from an initial balance of $5,047. A 5% loss would amount to $252.35, indicating that the account should have remained open until reaching $4,794, a threshold I never hit. Prior to the closure, I reached out to the support team via live chat to verify the rules. The representative clearly stated (screenshots available):
"The account will only be disabled if the balance/equity falls to $4,464.14 or lower by midnight." The representative reiterated that the account would only be closed after incurring a loss of $252.36, which would bring the balance to $4,794 — significantly above my actual balance. Despite the urgency (the market was closing soon), the support agent took almost an hour to respond, leaving me without timely clarification. Shortly after, my account was closed regardless. I have submitted calculations, chat transcripts, and supporting evidence, yet the account was closed without a valid reason. I've already waited two days for a response. This raises serious concerns about fairness, transparency, and consistency in rule enforcement. I am still awaiting either:
-the reactivation of my account,
-a new account,
-or a clear and justified explanation. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to serious traders.

Don’t buy any acc from this prop firm they are big time scammers & frauds.Hello 5ers You should not get any stars anymore. You are a fraud prop fund. Without any reason you terminated my account on the pretext of showing other traders trades.Many traders buy funded accounts from your prop firm only bcos of a good review and 5 stars.When I was a beginner lost many 5ers accounts at that time u never approached me saying that your trades are similar to other traders or you have lost your account similarly some other trader has also lost their account may be u both were trading similar.You have started a new business with your prop firm to start terminating accounts which allows u to keep the fees and commission and wasting the traders time n energy. Your trades are similar to other trader is not a sensible reason to terminate my account.I DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
