Bought a short trip voucher. Tried to make the booking as per the instructions on the voucher. Kept getting palmed off by the supplier who said they’d call me back. They didn’t, and so I informed 5pm that I was cancelling within the statutory 14 day period. Now I’m being messed around by them. No booking and no refund. Looks like I’ve been scammed.EDIT 5pm replied to this review looking for more info. Their “customer service” team (who you can’t phone, only send whatsapp messages to) know all about this already and are either utterly useless, on in on the scam, and I am not giving any personal info on here. I’ll be taking legal action now to recover my payment which is being unlawfully withheld.
