The installation happened when we were away on holiday, so we didn’t have any interaction with the installation team but was told that they worked through the most appalling weather conditions.
When we got back it was all done and all I had to do was to pay the outstanding sum, which I was more than happy to do.

The entire process was straightforward, and the staff excelled at coordinating contracts, fittings, and appointments. Our installation team was fantastic, keeping me informed throughout the two days. When an issue arose during fitting due to an oversight by the surveyor, the team promptly addressed it and arranged for management to assist with the next steps. Their excellent work led us to order additional windows to complete the rest of the house. We are requesting this same team for the next installation. PS: Enjoyed tea with milk and sugar along with jalebi.
