Ross, the salesperson seemed to know what we were after and translated that into drawings and a quote.
The installation happened when we were away on holiday, so we didn’t have any interaction with the installation team but was told that they worked through the most appalling weather conditions.
When we got back it was all done and all I had to do was to pay the outstanding sum, which I was more than happy to do.
