Terrible service, it took 2 weeks and 2 emails to customer support to get my coffee while the website stated 2-4 days delivery time. Customer support was also of no help: they replied pretty much the same thing to both of my emails, that is they have no idea where my order is. Only 10 days after I placed my order did I receive a confirmation that it was being processed by the roastery. Really disappointing because the website looked quite promising. All in all, not worth the trouble for something as simple as coffee delivery so I won't be using the service again.
