It state up to 4 days delivery , after 3 days I contacted them to check status as did not got email that it’s ok progress. Only when I reached their support they started the shipping process . It did not arrive on time in delay of 5 days , total with weekend 12 day.I needed to go 2 km in order to pick it up by myself.Very disappointed with the experience and with the customer service that clearly was not helpful at all
Terrible service, it took 2 weeks and 2 emails to customer support to get my coffee while the website stated 2-4 days delivery time. Customer support was also of no help: they replied pretty much the same thing to both of my emails, that is they have no idea where my order is. Only 10 days after I placed my order did I receive a confirmation that it was being processed by the roastery. Really disappointing because the website looked quite promising. All in all, not worth the trouble for something as simple as coffee delivery so I won't be using the service again.
