I have to admit, I do like the jewelry, but I ran into some problems. The first time I received the 5mm prong chain, it broke right after I unpacked it. I sent it back for a replacement, following the return instructions to include everything that came with the original package. I had ordered a 20” 5mm prong chain along with a matching bracelet and returned it to get the chain swapped out. However, when I received the new package, my bracelet was missing. They completely overlooked it. I reached out via email on December 15 but haven’t heard back yet (as of December 17). I really hope this gets sorted out soon.
